Set incident priority from event severity

Dear all,

it’s clear from /forum/t/event-api2-parameters/118 and /forum/t/adding-priority-to-events-created-with-the-events-api-v2/1274 that you cannot directly set the priority of the incident from the severity on the payload of the trigger method.

In the latest link, there’s a suggestion to use the “Event Rules” to map severity to urgency but the only actions I have available at the “Create Event Rule” view are “Suppress” and “Set Severity”, no way to set the Urgency.

Thanks for reaching out. From a quick look at your account it seems that you don’t have the Modern Incident Response add on which would give you Priorities - explaining why its not an option right now.
